Add products and variants

Products live in one catalog shared by the POS, the online store and Shopify sync.

Create a product

1. Open Products → New. Add the name, SKU, barcode, category, brand and unit.
2. Add options (for example Size: S, M, L; Colour: Navy) to generate variants, each with its own SKU and price.
3. Set opening stock per location, or import a CSV from Products → Import.

Stock

Stock is tracked per business location and per warehouse. Use Inventory → Adjustments for corrections and Inventory → Stock count for a full count with variance review.
