Invite your team and set roles

1. Open Settings → Users → Invite, enter the email and choose a role. The invite link expires; you can resend it.
2. Roles are built from granular permissions in Settings → Roles. Custom roles are part of the Growth plan and above; every plan has the built-in roles.
3. Scope a user to one or more locations so they only see those stores' sales, stock and reports.

Owners and admins can also turn on two-step verification for their own account under Profile → Security.
