Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Cartiva Business OS, provided by Jobair Technologies at https://cartivaos.com. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or connecting an integration, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Cartiva Business OS is a hosted business operations platform for inventory, point of sale, purchasing, accounting, HR, and related multi-location workflows. Optional Shopify store connection is available in Phase 1 for OAuth authorization, encrypted credential storage, and mandatory compliance webhook handling only. Catalog, inventory, and order synchronization with Shopify are not currently provided and will be introduced only in later releases after additional scopes and functionality are implemented.

Merchant responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and business information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and control access to your workspace.
• Ensure you have authority to connect any third-party store, including Shopify.
• Configure Shopify app permissions and webhooks only as required for the features you enable.
• Comply with applicable law when processing customer, employee, and business data in Cartiva.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, access another merchant's workspace, interfere with platform availability, or use Cartiva in a way that violates law or third-party terms (including Shopify's terms when connecting a store).

Integrations

Third-party integrations such as Shopify are provided as configured by the merchant. Cartiva is not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, or data processed directly within Shopify outside the current Cartiva integration scope.

Availability and changes

We may update the service, add or modify features, perform maintenance, or suspend access when necessary for security or legal reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain production availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Fees

Paid plans, billing, and invoices are governed by the subscription terms presented in the product and any applicable order form or billing documentation.

Data protection

Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement describe how personal data is handled. WhereJobair Technologiesprocesses personal data on a merchant's behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jobair Technologies's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the merchant for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
